Trinidad's Top 5 - Beaches and Bays

1. LAS CUEVAS BAY- North Coast

Currently the first and only Blue Flag-certified beach in the Southern English -speaking Caribbean… (BTW, if you didn’t know, Blue Flag-certification is awarded by the Foundation for Environment Education (FEE), which is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.  This basically means it’s international standards for cleanliness, environmental awareness and sustainability.

5. SALINE (“SALLY”) BAY- Northeast Coast

Not to be confused with Salybia… Saline Bay is VERY refreshing. With clear water, kayaking and at the centre of the beach is a small offshore reef, Saline is worth it.
